Online Notifications and Applications System (ONA)

All firms must register as users of the new FSA Online Notifications and Applications (ONA) system. The system allows you to submit the following applications and notifications: approved persons; appointed representatives; cancellations; variations of permission; waivers; standing data and passports. From September usage of ONA will be mandatory and will replace both Firms Online and the old paper-based applications system. Firms must register now in preparation for the change.
